About the Role
A Market Research Apprentice supports the planning, coordination and execution of research projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination and Management
o Managing local product sourcing & shipment, plus subcontractors
o Writing screeners, questionnaires and/or respondent instructions
o Coordinating the translation of questionnaires and/or protocols
o Tracking and monitoring questionnaire completion
o Assisting with project/results delivery
* People
o Close collaboration with other internal departments
o Liaising with international colleagues
o Increasing exposure to clients
Qualifications & Skills
Education
* A-Levels in English, Maths and/or Sciences
Technical Skills
* Proficiency in Outlook & Teams
* Basic understanding of PowerPoint & Excel
* Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. SPSS) – a major plus
Soft Skills
* A positive, solutions‑focused mindset
* Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
* Strong communication skills
* Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Working Week
Core working hours are 36.5 hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with a 45‑minute lunch break. You will be required to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
After Apprenticeship
After successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for a permanent position depending on performance. You may also advance into a leadership position within the company.
Training Information
The apprenticeship training will be delivered by Swarm Training, a national provider of apprenticeships across the UK. You will work towards a Level 4 Market Research qualification, which typically takes 15–18 months to complete, including assessments. Six hours per week minimum will be allocated to self‑study and off‑the‑job learning, with regular guidance from a dedicated tutor.
