The Role
As Head of Biology, you will:
* Lead and shape the strategic direction of Biology across KS3 & KS4, with strong KS5 provision
* Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment within the Biology team
* Oversee curriculum planning, schemes of work, and data analysis to ensure strong outcomes
* Support and mentor colleagues, promoting collaboration and professional growth
* Contribute to whole-school improvement and enrichment opportunities within Science
You will maintain a teaching timetable and model outstanding classroom practice.

* Qualified Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
