Job Summary
We are seeking a riendly and professional Hotel Receptionists to join our team at a boutique hotel in the heart of Liverpool city. Friday- Sunday 2/3pm- 8pm
The ideal candidate's will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Duties
* Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
* Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
* Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
* Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using the hotel management system.
* Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
* Assist with billing inquiries and ensure all charges are processed correctly at check-out.
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Skills
* Strong background in hospitality or previous experience in a hotel environment is essential
* Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
* Proficient in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing bookings and guest requests
