Due to growing demand for ‘free courses for jobs’ and for maternity cover, we currently have an opening for a Caseloaded Assessor to join part of our highly successful Early Years Education team in assessing learners through their Diploma in the workplace.
Working mainly remotely or from our Farnborough campus, the post is to deliver high-quality training and assessment in a way that supports effective learning and high levels of retention and achievement. Supporting, assessing and reviewing students both in college and visiting them at their employers in the workplace, some travel will be required.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality training and assessment for Diploma learners, primarily remotely and at the Farnborough campus.
* Assess and review students in college and at employers in the workplace, requiring occasional travel.
* Maintain effective learning support to achieve high retention and achievement.
* Ensure safeguarding and compliance with DBS requirements.
Qualifications
* Qualified to at least Level 3 in a relevant subject and have appropriate vocational experience.
* Must hold an A1 and V1 (or equivalent).
