I'm hiring for a General Manager (eCommerce) to help lead that growth.

Job Description
3. Develop and implement the eCommerce strategy to drive online sales growth.
4. Oversee the performance of the eCommerce platform and ensure a seamless user experience.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to align eCommerce initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
6. Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
7. Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns to maximise ROI.
8. Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners to enhance eCommerce operations.
9. Monitor key performance indicators and prepare detailed performance reports.
10. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
