Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute standout B2B marketing campaigns that generate leads and revenue.
* Develop our Executive Membership proposition, from strategic planning to full campaign roll-out.
* Own membership acquisition KPIs and budget.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments to shape successful business and product strategies.
* Champion the use of research, insight, and data to inform decision making.
* Drive delegate acquisition for high level events including roundtables, conferences, and exclusive networking occasions.
* Oversee our CRM and data strategy to target the right audiences effectively
* Shape the digital experience for our leadership portal in collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering high-impact B2B campaigns with measurable ROI.
* Strong digital skills, especially across LinkedIn, PPC, email, and CRM systems.
* Excellent communication, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills.
* Creative mindset with a strategic and analytical approach.
* Strong leadership skills, ready to coach and grow your team.
* Degree or equivalent marketing qualification.
