We are seeking a passionate and driven Brand Ambassador / Supervisor to manage a luxury womenswear concession within John Lewis Bluewater. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and enjoys taking full ownership of their space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a true brand representative
* Drive sales performance and achieve individual targets
* Build strong relationships with clients, offering a personalised shopping experience
* Manage the day-to-day running of the concession independently
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards
* Monitor stock levels and support replenishment when required
* Collaborate with in-store teams to maximise performance and visibility
