About the role
Are you a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE looking for a fresh challenge? This role has come about through the firm’s organic growth and continued success. Private Client work is a cornerstone of the practice, and most instructions come from reputation, repeat clients, and referrals. You’ll be able to focus on high-quality legal work rather than chasing new business.
Responsibilities
* Handle a varied caseload including Wills, LPAs, Probate, Estate Administration and Trusts.
* Work often involves complex estates with inheritance tax considerations, cross-border issues, and protecting family assets for future generations.
* Be supported by experienced paralegals and assistants, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering an excellent client experience.
* Contribute to a collaborative culture where autonomy and trust are key, with support available as needed.

Qualifications
* 3+ years’ PQE in private client work.
* Demonstrated experience across Wills, LPAs, Probate, Estate Administration and Trusts.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality client service.
