About the Role
As part of the Security Operations Support team, you'll be at the very centre of our airport, helping thousands of passengers every day to move safely and smoothly through the security process. Working closely with colleagues and supervisors, you'll provide reassurance, keep flows moving efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service. This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same.
Please note: You must be able to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends. This position is equivalent to 30 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Proactively communicate with passengers to ensure they are ready for security screening.
* Support the smooth running of security operations, managing passenger flow and lane efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with Aviation Security procedures, company policies, and airport bylaws.
* Undertake mandatory security training and maintain required competence levels.
* Meet compliance and throughput targets set by the DfT, CAA, and Security Management.
* Promote continuous improvement and actively support operational performance goals.
* Deliver consistently high standards of customer service, resolving issues promptly.
* Provide first-line response to First Aid events within the Passenger Search Area.
