We’re on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager who can lead with rhythm, serve with soul, and keep operations running as smooth as a classic vinyl. At the Hard Rock Hotel, we don’t just run a restaurant — we create unforgettable dining experiences that hit all the right notes.
Job Role
* Take charge of daily restaurant operations, ensuring everything runs in tune with Hard Rock standards
* Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver flawless guest experiences with a side of personality
* Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep quality, speed, and service consistent
* Monitor revenue, labour costs, inventory, and other KPIs to keep the business hitting high notes
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including HACCP
* Resolve guest feedback quickly and professionally — because every guest deserves an encore
* Manage staff scheduling, timekeeping, and development
* Oversee stock levels, purchasing, and supplier relationships
Requirements
* At least 3 years’ experience in a restaurant management role, ideally within a high-volume or hotel setting
* Strong leadership and team-building skills — you know how to bring out the best in people
* Sharp eye for detail, solid organisational skills, and a calm head under pressure
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong knowledge of restaurant systems (POS, stock control, scheduling)
* Flexible and ready to rock weekends, holidays, and late shifts
* A diploma/degree in Hospitality or related field is a bonus
