Are you an experienced Legal Secretar y looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a leading organisation within the legal industry, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join their team. If you have a background in litigation, personal injury, and clinical negligence, this could be the perfect role for you!


Location: St Helens
Permanent contract with a competitive annual salary of up to £25,
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Hybrid flexibility post probation period, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely


Responsibilities:



1. Opening and working on files for the fee earner

2. Assisting with legal research and document preparation

3. Managing and organising case files and documents

4. Liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals

5. Providing administrative support to the legal team



Required Skills and Experience:



6. Previous experience working within litigation, personal injury, and clinical negligence

7. Paralegal experience is highly desirable

8. Strong organisational and time management skills

9. Excellent attention to detail

10. Proficient in MS Office Suite

11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
