& opportunities for Directorship Were seeking an experienced sales regional recruitment manager to lead and expand high-performing teams across Yorkshire within the industrial, engineering, and manufacturing sectors. This is a career-defining opportunity for a commercially focused regional recruitment manager with a proven track record in sales and team development. The Role:
Lead and develop recruitment teams across multiple branches
Drive sales performance and exceed regional targets
Build strong client relationships in Industrial, Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment sectors
Sales across the Yorkshire area with offices across South and West Yorkshire Report directly to senior leadership as a strategic regional recruitment manager
Youll Need:
Proven experience as a regional recruitment manager or multi-site leader in a recruitment agency
Strong sales and business development skills within a recruitment agency ideally specialising in the industrial engineering and manufacturing
Passion for Sales /BD ,leadership and achieving growth targets
