Our client is based in Portsmouth, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the team is looking for additional support.
Job Description
3. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
4. Coordinate and maintain accurate records and documentation.
5. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
6. Organise meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
7. Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner.
8. Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers as needed.
9. Support team members in ad hoc tasks and projects.
10. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator should have:
11. Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
12. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
13. Proficiency with office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
