This is about leading from the front, building relationships, and driving real revenue within a well-established M&E contractor. We’re working with a respected, building services contractor delivering mechanical, electrical, and public health projects across London and the South East. With a strong reputation across refurbishment, maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades, they operate as both a principal contractor and specialist M&E provider. They are now looking for a high-calibre Sales Manager to take ownership of business development, lead a small team, and help shape the next phase of growth. The Role You’ll be responsible for driving new business while overseeing and supporting the existing team.
