Position: General Teaching Assistant
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Start Date: Immediate!
Pay: £75-90 daily rate

Key Responsibilities as a General TA:
1. Providing efficient support withing the classroom, assisting the teacher in delivering captivating lessons.
2. Working closely with pupils in one-to-one or small group settings.
3. Assisting in implementing Educational Support Plans and ensuring the pupils needs are met.
4. Supporting students with diverse learning needs.
5. Working collaboratively with Teachers, parents, and other support staff to create a supportive, safe, and engaging environment.
Requirements:
6. MUST hold a Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
7. Experience within a EYFS setting in the UK.
8. Must be local to the Teesside area (driver is preferred).
9. Excellent written and communication skills.
10. Confident, compassionate, and committed to supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
