The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.
About the role
Works onsite and reports to the Assistant or Store Manager. Duties include helping at the tills, advising customers, and working in the back shop. Key responsibilities include:
* Help customers and put them at ease – listening to learn more, answering questions, giving great advice on our products, recommending items, or offering a basket.
* Know our in‑store offers and schemes and promote them.
* Help the store run smoothly – ensure the right products are displayed on the shop floor, provide great service at the tills, and support stock in the stock rooms.
* Work with teammates to provide a great shopping experience, ensuring the store is clean and presentable.
You will be provided with award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
