The Role of the Area Sales Manager involves maintaining and growing existing business through selling the company's range of Flooring Products into retailers. This includes account management (90%) and targeting new business (10%). The successful candidate will be tasked with selling new product launches tailored to the area's incoming business, with huge potential for growth due to new developments.
Responsibilities and Requirements
* Maintain and grow existing business through selling Flooring Products into retailers
* Target new business (10% of role)
* Sell new product launches
* Must live in the area (RM, WD, EC, E, EN, HA, NW, N, and IG)
* Field sales experience in flooring into retailers is essential
* Results-driven, with a pro-active approach to sales and customer service
* Disciplined in hitting targets, honest, enthusiastic, and a team player
* Good knowledge of the local area and a Full Driving licence
