We're recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering services company for a Workshop Administrator to join their dynamic Service team in Newcastle .
If you're highly organised, confident managing multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment this could be the perfect opportunity.
What youll do:
Coordinate admin for key service contracts (incl. MOD)
Track work-in-progress & update internal systems (Dynamics)
Manage engineer certifications & training compliance
Prepare work orders, quotes & invoices
Liaise with customers & support workshop engineers
Submit reports, KPI packs & warranty claims on time
Youll need:
Solid admin experience in a service/delivery environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Access knowledge a plus!)
Great attention to detail & communication skills
Ability to prioritise & adapt quickly
Based at the Newcastle Head Office, with occasional travel for client meetings.
