Key Responsibilities
* Support the ongoing maintenance and development of the company website
* Manage and update the client database, ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Organise and maintain the internal library of images and written content
* Assist in the preparation of bid and proposal documents, ensuring high standards of presentation and accuracy
* Provide diary and administrative support to senior team members
* Manage and update social media channels, helping to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a graphics, communications, or marketing support role
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (essential)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in document formatting and visual presentation
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams
