We are seeking a hands‑on, agile Payroll Specialist, diligent with the details and efficient in work processes for a 12 Month FTC position.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Assist with day‑to‑day operations of the Payroll & Benefits function and duties
* Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to Payroll & Benefits, policies, and regulations
* Accurate input of payroll data, and assist in running the full Payroll cycle with a third‑party provider
* Assist in verifying payroll previews each pay cycle against previous payroll registers
* Complete monthly Payroll processing and administration
* Review, verify and process monthly enrollments, terminations and changes in life‑status events
* Ensure employee Payroll & Benefits records are properly organized and accurate
* Maintain a clear understanding of general benefits‑related regulatory requirements and updates, along with internal policies, procedures and control standards
* Experience in Payroll in one of the following countries UK/Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, France or South Africa in a similar role is required
* Hands‑on experience with an HRIS is required
* Excellent written & communication skills along with high attention‑to‑detail
* Work to a hybrid model – working on‑site in our Newport office three (3) days per week is required
* High‑tech or rapid‑growth industry experience is strongly preferred, but not required
* Language skills in German, French, Polish or Italian are an asset but not mandatory

Contract: Full time, 12‑Month FTC
