Ready to take your next step?
Join a team that's shaping the future of cycling. At Ribble, we don't just sell bikes, we create experiences. If you're passionate about people, love the thrill of two wheels, and want to work in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment, this is your opportunity.
What we're looking for
As a Showroom Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of Ribble, bringing our brand to life and delivering an unforgettable experience for every customer, whether in-store, online, or through digital channels. You'll guide riders through their journey, offering expert advice, technical know-how, and a personal touch that reflects our premium standards.
Working closely with your Showroom Manager and the wider Customer Experience team, you'll balance in-store sales with digital support, jumping on video calls, call-backs, and emails during quieter periods. From creating a welcoming showroom to managing handovers, you'll make sure every interaction reflects the passion and expertise that define Ribble Cycles.
If you're customer-focused, enthusiastic about cycling, and driven to deliver exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
