MOT Tester / Technician Vacancy - Kettering Car Dealership
1. Basic Salary: Up to £36,000
2. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours (Flexible Hours)
3. No Weekends

Key Responsibilities:
5. Conduct MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards.
6. Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
7. Carry out thorough vehicle inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
8. Complete all required paperwork and documentation for each job.
9. Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
Requirements:
10. Proven experience as an MOT Tester and Vehicle Technician.
11. Valid MOT Tester certification.
12. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques.
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
14. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
15. Strong communication and customer service skills.
16. A valid UK driver's license.
