Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role combining office work in Staverton with some work-from-home flexibility. The Head of Buying will be responsible for overseeing category management, sales strategies, and assortment planning. The role includes managing a team, building strong supplier relationships, ensuring product quality standards, and strategically aligning the procurement process with company goals and market trends.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Category Management and Assortment planning
* Proven experience in Sales and Retail strategies
* Team Management experience
* Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends
* Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
* Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
* Experience in the foodservice industry is a plus
