Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, building rapport, and generating repeat business.
2. Manage the end-to-end sales journey, focusing on customer needs to help them achieve their ideal bathroom.
3. Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to trade customers.
4. Promote the showroom locally using creative marketing strategies to increase visibility and showcase our excellent service.
5. Continuously strive to make your showroom the best by exceeding customer expectations.
Experience and Skills:
* Previous sales experience in a similar environment is preferable, but a positive attitude is most important.
* Innovative and agile approach to identifying growth opportunities.
* Ability to work collaboratively and focus on results with integrity and honesty.
* Strong communication skills, self-confidence, and motivation.
* Ability to interpret financial and statistical information.
