Sales Support Assistant
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000

Connexus UK are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a specialist in power generation solutions, supplying a wide range of generator units and related equipment to customers across the UK and internationally. With a strong reputation for reliability and service, they provide everything from sales and hire to servicing, parts, and support.
The Sales Support Assistant role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with suppliers and customers, and is confident managing multiple tasks from order processing to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicating with suppliers to obtain pricing and lead times
* Raising and managing purchase orders
* Booking in stock accurately and efficiently
* Using Intact software for order and stock management
* Creating customer sales orders and ensuring timely delivery
* Invoicing customer sales orders
* Packaging and dispatching customer orders
* Providing customers with ETA updates and tracking information
About You:
* Experience in a similar sales support or order processing role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and customers
* IT literate, ideally with experience using Intact or similar ERP systems
