I'm delighted to announce that I'm working on Loans Sales Manager role within a Financial Services business! This is a brilliant, multi-skilled role as it not only has elements of sales but, customer service. This individual will be there to create and proactively develop new business as well as maintaining those important, existing relationships.
This would suit someone who is able to deliver excellent negotiating and sales skills.
Your key duties:
1. Advise of the benefits of our range of financial solutions, focusing primarily on bridging loans.
2. Use the database to your advantage to call upon existing business to drive business development and market new opportunities
3. Gather management information on a weekly basis
4. Liaise with potential introducers to develop business opportunities
Experience required:
5. At least 2 years experience as a bridging loan broker
6. Proven track record of sales ability and winning new business
7. Knowledge of the Financial Services market
8. Confident in making out bound calls
9. Ability to negotiate terms, close business opportunities and maintain business relationships.
