The Role:
* Comprehensive 8-week training programme led by our industry-leading L&D Director, guiding you through every aspect of recruitment.
* Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across the tech industry.
* Develop and expand your network of top-tier technology talent.
* Immerse yourself in your chosen niche, becoming the go-to expert in your technical vertical.
What We’re Looking For:
* A driven, goal-focused individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Outgoing, confident, and energised by making meaningful connections.
* Exceptional communication skills to help influence and negotiate successfully.
* Highly organised with a strong ability to prioritise and manage daily tasks.
* Fluency in an additional language is a plus, but not essential!
