We're a multi-award-winning dental practice known for delivering exceptional dentistry in a modern, luxury environment. We're now looking for an experienced and confident Dental Nurse to take ownership of clinical standards, support our clinicians, and guide our nursing team during key clinic days.
This role is ideal for a experienced dental nurse ready to step into leadership within a high-end private practice while maintaining hands-on clinical involvement.
What You'll Do
* Setting and maintaining exceptional clinical standards
* Assist clinicians across a range of private dental treatments
* Ensure surgeries are fully prepared, compliant, and running smoothly
* Maintain the highest standards of cross-infection control and CQC compliance
* Oversee stock control, equipment checks, and clinical organisation
* Support seamless patient journeys before, during, and after treatment
* Work closely with reception and management to ensure efficient patient flow
* Uphold a calm, professional, and luxury clinical environment at all times
What We're Looking For
* GDC-registered Dental Nurse
* Experience in private dentistry
* Previous nursing experience (required)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Excellent chairside manner and patient-focused approach
* Professional, reliable, and well-presented
* A proactive team player with a passion for high-quality patient care
