As a Product Delivery Manager at Baker Hughes, you will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of products and services. You will ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget, while meeting customer expectations and quality standards. Working across engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams, you will drive operational excellence, resolve issues quickly, and strengthen customer relationships to support business growth.
As a Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing project delivery risks, including supplier performance, manufacturing deadlines, and resource planning to ensure on‑time execution.
* Contributing to tendering, sales & operations planning (S&OP), and commercial processes to align projects with business objectives.
* Overseeing cost control, workshop execution, customer communications, and coordination with regional and global teams.
* Collaborating with sales, commercial operations, supply chain, and engineering teams, while maintaining direct engagement with customers across assigned regions.
* Supporting bids and tenders by providing technical and commercial input to ensure customer requirements, scope, and costs are fully understood.
* Monitoring financial and operational project targets, analyze performance, and implement improvement plans where needed.
* Maintaining clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Driving adherence to HSE standards and Baker Hughes' quality culture across all project activities.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Bachelor's degree (or global equivalent) in engineering, business, or a related field; equivalent large‑industry experience considered.
* Have proven experience in project management or service delivery within the oil & gas sector, ideally across multiple regions or global operations.
* Have demonstrated experience delivering complex projects.
* Have excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and process improvement skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and cost control.
* Be able to communicate professionally and collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external vendors worldwide.
* Be skilled in stakeholder management, with experience engaging customers in different geographies.
* Have strong written, reporting, and presentation skills.
