The Role
* Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients across your market
* Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of vacancies
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy briefing to offer stage
* Work closely with a supportive sales floor team and report into senior management
* Use CRM systems, outbound sales activity, and candidate databases to drive results.
* Previous experience in recruitment, sales, telesales, or a customer-focused environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence with outbound calls, business development, and account management
* Organised and self-motivated with a proactive approach
* Experience using CRM systems is beneficial, but training can be provided
