We’re looking for a proactive, creatively-driven UX/UI Designer with a strong sense for user experience storytelling and bringing our brand to life digitally – someone who can craft engaging marketing website experiences and is excited to grow their skills in design systems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for elevating our UX and UI – applying best practices and data-driven insights to ensure every design decision enhances usability and clarity. You'll balance creative exploration with system thinking; ensuring each design feels thoughtful, brand-aligned, easy to implement and aligned to business objectives. You’ll take ownership of our marketing website as part of the marketing brand design team, playing a key role in how our brand shows up online. While your focus will be on marketing, you’ll regularly collaborate with product designers to ensure visual and experiential consistency between our marketing site and product – keeping the customer journey cohesive from first impression to in-product experience. You’ll work hand-in-hand with developers to bring your designs to life with precision and polish. Key Responsibilities: Champion high-quality visual and interaction design that balances creativity with consistency – delivering delightful user experiences that respect and push the system Bring creative ideas to the table for new pages, components, and layouts – driven by UX insights and conversion goals Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI components, adhering to our brand guidelines for brand consistency Maintain and optimize our existing design system, keeping it visually consistent and meeting accessibility needs Document clear guidelines and specs so anyone – designer or developer – can jump in easily Build a partnership with the developer to ensure design translates perfectly into code Requirements: 5 years of experience in UI/visual design, with a solid grasp of design tokens, component libraries and system thinking 5 years of experience in UX/UI or visual design, ideally working on marketing websites or customer-facing web experiences. Interest in design systems is a plus – but not required. A knack for balancing brand and creativity with practical UI/UX needs A systematic mindset, understanding that each component and micro-interaction contributes to a seamless, cohesive user experience UX experience wireframing, prototyping and translating user needs, insights and business goals into clear user journeys Experience with marketing websites and conversion improvement, with an appetite for seeking opportunities to use insights/data for design improvements and AB testing Proficiency in Figma A track record of collaborating with engineers on UI implementation Familiarity with web performance and accessibility standards
