Interim Sales Leader (Big Tech Top 20)

About the role
* Focused on running and improving an existing sales function during the “run phase” of a transformation programme
* Hands-on responsibility for pipeline management, sales cadence, and execution
* Coaching teams by actively demonstrating best practice, including running pipeline calls and improving performance
* Identifying gaps through data and driving improvements across teams and regions
* Supporting senior stakeholder discussions, including participation in C-suite meetings
Your previous experience
* Senior sales leadership experience within B2B technology environments (not CRO level) driving success within large 50+ sales teams
* Background in a Big Tech (Top 20) company
* Experience managing and improving performance across large sales teams
* Comfortable operating in hands-on roles rather than purely strategic positions
* Ability to work within complex, evolving environments where processes and structure may not be fully established
Package
* £200k-£300k pro-rata DOE
* Initial 4-month contract, with potential extension to 8 months
* Opportunity to be considered for a permanent role with the client following the engagement
