Working with a large housing association in Durham, we are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement and Scrutiny Lead.

Role Details:
* Location: Durham
* Position: Customer Engagement and Scrutiny Lead
* Type: Full-time | 37 hours/week
* Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement a tenant engagement strategy using traditional and digital methods to ensure accessibility for all customers
* Create systems to share tenant feedback with internal stakeholders, informing service delivery
* Manage digital engagement tools such as surveys, polls, and online groups
* Organize community events and focus groups for resident input
* Maintain understanding of regulatory standards, work with TPAS, and aim for TPAS accreditation
* Manage a Customer Engagement Coordinator and collaborate with the Customer Research & Insight Manager to embed tenant voices into decision-making
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience as a Customer Engagement and Scrutiny Lead
* Experience within social housing and understanding relevant regulations
* Proven track record managing engagement projects from start to finish
* Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, visual)
