IFA AdministratorEast Glasgow with mostly remote working£30,000
This is a great opportunity if you are an experienced IFA Administrator who values trust, flexibility and a relaxed working environment.
You’ll join a small financial planning firm where you will be given genuine autonomy, and the freedom to manage your work without micromanagement.
The role is mostly remote with only occasional travel to the office located in east Glasgow.
What you will do
You will support the advice team by handling a wide range of client and business administration. This includes:
* Preparing client reviews and ensuring all required information is ready for adviser meetings
* Managing pensions administration and supporting the full client journey
* Processing new business, including applications, transfers and servicing requests
* Liaising with providers to obtain valuations, policy details and transaction updates
* Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all information is recorded correctly
* Responding to client queries and offering a professional and friendly service
* Supporting the advisers with ongoing case management and follow up actions
What you will need
* Experience working in an IFA Administration or Wealth Administration role within a similar financial planning firm.
* Strong pensions knowledge and confidence dealing with providers and platforms
* Experience using Intelligent Office would be beneficial but is not essential
* The ability to work independently with accuracy, organisation and good judgement
