What you will do

Glassbox is seeking a customer experience professional to support our clients in obtaining value from our platform. You will engage champions to grow engagement across the business and instrument the console to meet client needs. You will deliver coaching and training on using Glassbox to analyze and answer business problems, reviewing detailed qualitative and quantitative data generated by the platform. The primary focus is to deliver high-value business insights by identifying customer experience issues from our clients' digital properties.


What you will need

* 3-5 years of related experience, ideally in customer experience analytics and/or digital analytics across industries such as financial services, travel, hospitality, and retail.
* Advanced experience with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is strongly preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Marketing with a focus on business/marketing analytics.
* Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, along with strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
* Experience using data and metrics to test hypotheses, confirm assumptions, generate insights and recommendations, and measure success.
* Knowledge of UX and web/app design principles would be beneficial.
