Job Description
We are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join our client based in Selby. You must have 12 months experience in conveyancing.
Monday-Friday
£25-27k depending on experience.
The Role:
1. Open and update files on the case management system
2. Prepare and send letters and documents
3. Issue contracts and assist with enquiries
4. Order searches and support exchanges and completions
5. Handle post, phone calls, and general admin tasks
Skills & Experience
6. At least 12 months’ experience in conveyancing
7. Good IT skills
8. Strong attention to detail
9. Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
10. Excellent communication skills
