6. This highly regarded Court of Protection team is looking for a dedicated Solicitor or Legal Executive to specialise in property and financial affairs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative firm where your work has a meaningful impact. Duties will include:
7. Draft and submit CoP applications and witness statements, including Court Panel referrals
8. Provide clear, compassionate advice to clients, their families, and third parties
9. Handle complex legal matters while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
10. Work within the framework of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, applying least restrictive principles
Requirements:
11. You will be a Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX) with experience in property and financial affairs
