We're looking for an Internal Communications and Engagement Coordinator to be based at Stamford Brook Garage. In this exciting role you'll craft compelling content, manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels and work closely with colleagues at all levels to improve how we share information and celebrate our people.
What You'll Do
* Collaborate with teams across the business to identify communication needs and opportunities ensuring to align messages with operational goals
* Create engaging content for various platforms including print and our digital communication platform Blink
* Monitor campaign performance ensuring to evaluate impact and implement learnings
* Support and coordinate events, meetings, campaigns and internal engagement initiates
* Produce content including presentations, photos, videos and audio for use across various internal platforms
* Advise colleagues on communication best practice and support with comms-related admin tasks
* Build relationships with stakeholders to deliver effective internal comms
* Stay up to date with communication trends, tools and technologies
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a communications or engagement role
* Excellent Written and verbal communication with strong storytelling ability
* Experience creating content for different platforms and audiences
* Confident using Microsoft Office
* Canva and Adobe experience would be beneficial
* Strong time management and ability to juggle priorities
* Great interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
* Able to use AI tools responsibly for research and drafting
* Event Management experience (desirable)
