Our content is highly trusted for its speed, accuracy, and on-the-ground access.
You will work on the BBC News website, managing a team of writers and producers to break news, showcase images and videos, and provide fast analysis on various stories and events.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing live pages on the BBC News website, updating major news stories and events in real-time.
* Ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and timely.
* Planning ahead for live coverage and occasionally covering events.
* Collaborating with the wider BBC digital team, including shifts on the website news desks for news editing and story writing.
