The position will work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions to gather, prepare, and present information, maintain data accuracy, and support routine commercial processes.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, as Assistant Commercial Manager, responsibilities will be to: -
Gather and manage data across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain
Prepare accurate reports on sales, margins, and forecasts
Maintain pricing templates, contracts, and rebate records
Support tenders, business cases, and pricing for new specifications.
Coordinate projects, track progress, and update workflows
Provide cross-functional support and analysis to aid decision-makingThe successful candidate will: -
Have a background in manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
Have financial and pricing modelling skills to support the pricing team and provide profitability analysis
Ability to work closely with the sales team to respond to customer pricing requests, tenders, and contract negotiations
Be experienced managing a small team of commercial analysts/estimators
Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsOn offer: -
Salary to £45,000
