Housing Office r ( Income ) - Internal Only 1x permanent position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £33,879 per annum, rising to £37,548 per annum after key competencies of the role are met. You will be managing a caseload of complex and diverse cases, ensuring that all rent accounts are managed appropriately in order to prevent arrears from occurring and maximise income recovery for the organisation. You will be supporting tenants to maximise their income by providing accurate, comprehensive benefit entitlement advice and support. Ability to follow organisational and legal processes including attending court on complex cases if required. Reporting to the Housing Team Leader, this role will manage caseloads by organising work effectively for the service. To be successful in the role of Housing Officer our new team member will be educated to Level 4/HNC in a relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
