Allen & York are delighted to be working with a global chemicals company who are now looking to recruit a Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Manager as part of the site Senior Leadership Round Table. managing the team of Safety, Environment, Health and Quality and to drive standards for SHEQ across the site ensuring compliance with UK Standards and legislation.
Our client is the world’s leading manufacturer of their product, which is used in a variety of different applications in both the commercial and domestic markets.
Reporting to the European SHEQ Director with a dotted line to the Site Director, this role plays a significant part in the development and promotion of SHEQ across the site ensuring the culture and strategy are maintained and constantly improving towards world class standards onsite.
This role will lead on significant projects liaising and collaborating with global teams, where relevant, to achieve alignment in standards and approach as well as building mutually beneficial relationships with peers and colleagues across department and functions.
This opportunity will take advantage of your experience of having worked in a manufacturing or process driven industry as this is a high hazard site.
