Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Head of Service in ensuring the success of the Compliance Team, fostering excellent partnerships and leading a knowledgeable and customer-focused team.
* Ensure all homes and common areas within the local authority's housing service are compliant with the Regulator of Social Housing's Safety and Quality Standard and relevant legislation and regulations related to health and safety.
* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies, policies, and processes to ensure effective compliance management and lead initiatives to continuously improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and best practices in compliance and technical services.
* Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, promoting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement, provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities for team members, identify resource gaps, and allocate resources effectively to meet service delivery targets.
* Oversee the effective management of contracts, KPIs, and departmental objectives.
