We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Support Services Team Leader to join our team based at Rushey Mead Health Centre in Leicester.
About the Role
In this key position, you’ll lead and support a team of Frontline FM colleagues across a dedicated group of properties. You’ll split your time between on-site visits and working from home, ensuring consistent support for both colleagues and customers.
This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone with supervisory experienceoverseeing domestic assistants, cleaners, or receptionists.
Key Details:
* Salary: £14.06 per hour
* Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
(6.5 hours per day between 7:00 and 19:00, based on service needs)
* DBS Check: Required
* Driving Licence: Full, clean licence required
* Transport: Van and fuel provided
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support staff across multiple sites
* Complete and manage reports, timesheets, absence records, stock orders, and audits
* Roster staff and ensure adequate cover for absences
* Lead recruitment, induction, training, appraisals, and development
* Manage a delegated budget and oversee purchase orders
* Conduct planned and ad hoc audits to monitor performance
* Liaise with customers, tenants, contractors, and service users to address service needs
What We’re Looking For:
* NVQ 3, relevant certification or equivalent experience
* Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
* Proven experience in team supervision or management
* Excellent customer service and administrative skills
* Commitment to continuing professional development.
