We have a rare opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support our Business Development team. This is an exciting entry-level position for someone looking to kickstart their career in sales and marketing in Atherstone CV9 3PD.
Pay: 28,000 per annum - plus commission

What Youll be Doing:
You will play a key role in helping us win new contracts and retain existing clients. You will be involved in outbound sales calls and emails, managing the database, research, and general administrationworking closely with senior team members to help us grow our client base and maintain our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Research potential clients and markets, compiling competitor insights and prospect information
Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, contacts, and opportunity tracking
Co-ordinate internal sales team meetings and follow-up actions
Support the wider sales and marketing team with email campaigns, and content development
Our Ideal Person Should Have:
A keen interest in business development, sales, and marketing
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are essential to communication with prospective clients and Team Members and to work with line with our current practices
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
Working with tools such as Act! CRM database would be an advantage
Previous experience in a support, administration, or co-ordination role is a plus, but not essential
A passion for food and service would be an advantage!
