Your Daily Responsibilities
* Participate in ward rounds, analyze behaviors, and adapt care plans with colleagues.
* Update patient records and provide overall care and support, including assistance with personal hygiene.
Work Environment

Shift Pattern
12.5-hour shifts, 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends.
Location
You will be based at the Farndon Unit, a purpose-built low secure hospital offering personalized assessment and recovery-based treatments for women with complex care needs, including trauma-specific pathways.
Team and Care Focus
Join a multidisciplinary team providing specialized care for individuals with severe and enduring mental illnesses, personality disorders, and mild learning disabilities. The facility includes general low secure wards and a recovery ward, supporting recovery and rehabilitation pathways.
