Hours: 24 hour shifts (8AM to 8am)
Salary: £13 per hour
Are you an experienced support worker? Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Forensic Support Worker to join our team in Macclesfield. This role requires a male candidate due to the specific needs of our service users. You will provide 1:1 support to individuals with autism and forensic backgrounds.
Provide personalised support to individuals with autism and forensic needs.
~ Conduct constant risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of service users.
~ Be highly observant and proactive in identifying and addressing potential risks.
~ Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality care.
Proven experience in 1:1 support, particularly with individuals with autism and forensic backgrounds, would be an advantage.
~ Strong observational skills and the ability to conduct continuous risk assessments.
~ Ability to work 24-hour shifts (8am to 8am).
~ Subject to Enhanced DBS
~ Ability to commit to 24 hours shifts
