The principal enterprise architect leads on ensuring the strategy is built, agreed, and followed for their domain.
The role will:
* Manage a team of up to 5 employees, this excludes the Data and Cyber roles which will not manage teams of employees. There will be a variable number of contractors, which will expand and contract to meet specific demands.
* Be technical design authority for many decisions and play an important part in influencing budgets and spending.
* Be essential to communicating with senior stakeholders across Defra group, actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
