The Role
As a Private Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental care across all aspects of general dentistry. You will have the clinical freedom to develop your skills and build long-term relationships with patients in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a full range of general dental treatments
Deliver patient-centred care with a strong focus on quality and ethics
Maintain accurate clinical records in line with regulatory standards
Work collaboratively with the wider dental team
Uphold excellent standards of cross-infection control and compliance
Requirements
GDC registered Dentist
Strong clinical skills across general dentistry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to ongoing professional development
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Desirable (Not Essential)
A special interest in areas such as:
Cosmetic dentistry
Invisalign / orthodontics
Implants
Endodontics
Dentists with additional skills or special interests will be supported in developing and growing these within the practice.
