Job Title and Location
Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full‑time, enthusiastic Specialty Doctor in Ophthalmology. The role is primarily based at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital.
Responsibilities
* Outpatient Care: See new and follow‑up patients in general ophthalmology clinics, with a named consultant available for case presentation and support if required.
* Patient Standards: Demonstrate a determination to meet and exceed the standards of the NHS Patients Charter and the Trust values.
* Emergency Care: Participate in treating emergency eye patients through the emergency eye clinic during normal working hours.
* Audit & Education: Participate actively in clinical audit and educational activities within the department and across the Trust.
